The name means two things at once. A fragrance worth remembering, and a miracle. We figured if you are going to name a perfume brand, you might as well aim high.
Why we exist
Great perfumes keep getting more expensive. Not because the ingredients cost more, but because the names on the boxes do. Meanwhile, those of us genuinely obsessed with fragrance are left choosing between spending irresponsibly or settling quietly. Neither felt right.
We are perfume people. Collectors. The kind who know the difference between a top note and a dry-down, lose sleep over sillage, and have strong opinions about projection before 9am. We started Mirayaa with one straightforward belief: smelling extraordinary should not require an extraordinary budget.
What's in the bottle
Everything we make is Parfum. Not Cologne. Not EDT. Not even EDP.
Every fragrance carries 50% fragrance oil, sourced from the same world-class international manufacturers that supply the originals. Concentration is where the magic lives, and we are not in the business of watering it down.
Freshly Made, Better with Time.
Every bottle of Mirayaa is created when you place your order, not before. Our fragrance oils are matured in our inventory, but the perfume itself is made fresh for you the moment your order comes in. Think of it less like buying off a shelf and more like a custom order from your personal Michelin-star chef.
Here is what that means for you.
Once a perfume is created, it needs time to macerate. Maceration is the process where the fragrance oil bonds with the fixatives and ethanol. The stronger that bond, the better the scent, the stronger the projection and sillage, and the longer it lasts. It is the difference between a fragrance that performs and one that just exists.
Since your bottle arrives freshly made, maceration still needs to happen. You can wear it right away, but we would gently suggest this instead:
Step 1
On the first day, place the bottle on your fridge door, not inside the fridge, not in the freezer, just the door. Leave it for a full 24 hours. Try it the next day. You will notice the difference and wonder why nobody told you this sooner.
Step 2
Move it to a cool, dark place like a cupboard or drawer for another 4 to 6 days. Feel free to use it during this time, just know that the fragrance is still finding itself.
Step 3
Here is the part that requires actual patience. Maceration is not a one-time event, it is an ongoing process. Your fragrance will keep developing over the coming weeks, usually hitting its full depth and character somewhere between 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes a little longer. Good things, as they say, take time.
By the end of it, the fragrance will have found its full self & has superpowers, the scent you recognised, the longevity you expected, and the sillage that makes it worth wearing. Patience, as always, has its rewards.
